Pacquiao was never a one punch KO fighter. His KO's came from accumulation. As he moved up he started facing bigger and more durable opponents. But he was still destroying them or damaging them (Maragarito).

Then you had the Bradley fight where he was wobbling this motherfker going at 50%.

And in the Rios fight he buckled Rios more than Alvarado did.
