Victor Hugo Velazquez (16-7) got revenge with a ten round unanimous decision win over Sebastian Lujan (42-8-2, 26KOs) to capture the Argentina welterweight title at Club Atletico in Cordoba, Argentina. Las June, Lujan got off the deck in the third round to win a ten round unanimous decision over Velazquez. In the rematch, Lujan was down in the second and fifth and saved by the bell in both rounds. The scores were 98-93, 99-93 and an unrealistic 97-96 that had everybody scratching their heads.
