    Random bump.

Seriously, I can't be the only one who feels this way?

It wasn't controversial per se. There were some complaints about Lewis holding his head down (wasn't the first or last time there were complaints about that) but it seemed irrelevant, the same way complaints about Hopkins pushing Tito off when he stopped him were a small minority and seemingly insignificant.

If I remember correctly the final knockdown was the result of Lewis holding Grant's head in place while he threw an uppercut. Even though I've seen other fighters do this, it is not legal. Nevertheless, I think the fight should have been stopped after the 3rd knockdown, so I don't have a problem with the result.

Sometimes you hear people talk about the "final nail in the coffin" when something bad happens. However, Lewis was all the nails in the coffin of Grant's career. Grant was actually coming off a win against Golota in entering this fight.

The first KD was the result of a punch at the side of the head not behind.

Grant was completely out of his league. Lewis treated him like a sparring partner and then got pissed off after being hit and took him out. Grant was never anything great and got lucky in just getting that undeserving pay day. Nothing controversial about it.
