    When you retire...

    People don't look at your record on paper.

    That's why a lot of boxers that had great records don't ever get discussed further.

    A day of reckoning will come for all, whether it be today or twenty years after retirement.

          I'm talking about when it's all said and done no one is going to remember that (example only) Juan Manuel Marquez has 7-8 losses, he will be remembered for his performances in the ring.

          Simply just squeaking by on paper does not leave a legacy in which anyone will discuss post-retirement for the most part.

          And if you think this is about Mayweather, then you're wrong. Let's get that out of the way before assumptions get thrown around.
