What changes would you make?

I would unify the promotiong companies and break down all barriers so no fight cannot/would not be made. Pressure professional fighters to stay active and sort the rankings and title holders accordingly.

2) Referees would be shown instant replays in between rounds and amend any calls made incorrectly in the prior round if needed.

3) Stop all this promotional cold war BS, make the fights...

4) Take away the emphasis on fighter cuts, PPV stats, revenue splits etc...(Only fanboys argue about that shlt, the real fans of the sport don't concern themselves with it unless necessary anyway...)

Make two divions: one for technical boxers/runners and another one for straight brawlers/warriors.

I would pay the running division peanuts though and would make sure I mistreat them. Jist discourage them from continuing boxing. Give them the worst motels/contracts.

I would invest all of my money in the warrior division because that will get me the most revenue. I'd make sure they're taken care off to encourage them. All types of luxuries.

Seriously though...id get rid of the mid divisions like...SMW and LWW and go back to 15 rds and have the ref decide all the fights. The ref would have to have at least 1 to 2 yrs professional expierience as a boxer

So true about the ref comment, fighters know the art deeper than anybody and know the tricks. But you can become an excellent referee without having ever fought. One thing, a ref has too much to concentrate on to keep tallies in his mind. Rather than over burdening the referees why don't they form a commission that judges the judges and holds them accountable for their actions. The ones who call it as it is will soon be elevated just as the incompetent would sink to the bottom.

15 rounds is too much. How much abuse can bodies/minds withstand, how much carnage will quench your appetite? Do not forget, these are people. 12rounds is plenty, how long does a guy have to war to prove himself.

1 Title per division
No exclusive Promoter/Fighter contracts. The fighters agree to fight and then the fight is open to the highest bidder. For high level bouts.
A committee to judge the judges and then to send out the assignments accordingly...............
