I never heard of any deal other than this upcoming fight. Thats why i kept saying after the fight there would probably be a bidding war over him. If they want him to fight Kov fine. The BHop fight will be bigger after if he still fighting. If they wait till after BHop then the Kov fight will be bigger.

Verbal is technically binding, but yeah I guess you would need a witness for it hold in court. Probably don't need need that if you got email proof though.
