i think yes, muhammed ali, roy jones , not sure if i should mention broner amongst those guys but point is he does it also. it adds to the entertainment.

Leave it up to the ref like they basically do now.Some guys allow it some dont.

Some is OK, too much and it will open the door for fixed fights - pro wrestlers talk to each other the entire match.
