    Could you argue he was a "tweener"?? Too big for 175, he was starving himself to make weight, but too naturally small and chinny for heavyweight? he ate his way up to 220, 230, he was flabby.

    cruiserweight might have been best, but not enough money and prestige there for him to be interested

      People need to stop making a big deal about his light heavy run,,

      Impressive stats but never fought anyone of note there,, he is like a 175 version of deontay wilder, or edwin valero..

      His run at 175 was not really what its hyped up to be

        true about his lack of opposition at lhw but he was a beast in that class and would have given any atg lwh trouble at the least imo

            mm looked fairly bad against the best fighter he faced at 175, leslie stewart.

            he had a great record but the opposition was soft. I would not hesitate to pick guys like Spinks, Foster, RJJ, Qawi over him. I'm not sure he'd do well against the very good but not great LHWs like Marvin Johnson, Yaqui Lopez, EMM.
