I'd say he was going all out when he got murked by Marquez.

The way I see it, Pac only breaks out the full arsenal for people who pose true threats to him. You saw him put the big guns away in the 10th round of the Margarito fight.

He carried Mosley and Rios. He underestimated Bradley in the first fight when he should have gone for broke.
