Amir khan training for luis collazo

Check this new video on Youtube about Amir Khan training and doing the mitts for May3rd fight against Luis Collazo. Do tell your opinion on what do you think about this (his new style, speed, defence and all that).

To me he looks in good shape. Will be interesting to see if his *ring rust* will play a major factor in his next fight.

maybe khan can put it together for this show. i just think that he doesn't have the focus / intelligence to look at collazo as the proper spoiler that he is and not stop talking about / thinking of floyd.

gotta go with collazo on this one.

One can't deny his high confidence in himself.

However, I feel the same. Khan might be overlooking Collazo as just another stepping stone to Floyd. Collazo is a live opponent who may not go away so easily.

If Collazo is on point, Khan might squeeze out a decision win if not an outright blowout.

        .

Collazo, stylistically is a dangerous fight for Khan (many people believe he beat Hatton & Berto) if he's overlooking him then I can see another Danny Garcia tragedy coming which could mean End of career for Khan.

Khan has a lot more physical talent than Collazo but Collazo gets more out of what he has got than Khan and is a much better thinker in the ring. In this fight the Roach tactics of use the jab and in and out ambush attacks is the way to go,in short the old Khan. If Khan tries to get clever and cute with this guy he is asking for trouble. IMO Khan will need to follow Hunter's game plan to the letter as Collazo's ring IQ is much higher than Khan's. if he can do this think he will sc**** through.
Going into the Garca fight I felt 100% certain Khan would win right now don't have that confidence. Collazo is not a heavy hitter he needs his opponent to walk onto a shot to get the KO. Khan's nemisis shot is the left hook that he does not see coming from an orthodox fighter. Collazo is a southpaw and the left travels a much bigger distance for this reason I don't feel he will get KOd. But this is not an easy fight especially after the long lay off.
