Is it actually (still) legal to enter a prizefight intoxicated? Since Fury said he would take a shot or few of vodka

In most regions it's not legal to drink before a fight but some boxers do it when they know there's no post-fight drug test, usually at small venues. Fury might have done a few times in the past but he knows he wouldn't get away with it at this level.
