AMIR KHAN has revealed Floyd Mayweather called him personally to promise that he will get a chance to fight him before he retires.

Mayweather left Khan angry when he opted to face Marcos Maidana on May 3 in Las Vegas after initially showing interest in facing the Bolton fighter.

Khan, 27, revealed the American has since been in touch to say they will go toe-to-toe in one of his final three fights before he hangs up the gloves.

Khan never learns. We all know his ring I.Q is non existent or closer to Zero than the other end but I would at least expect him to be able to think outside the ring. Every time he thinks of Mayweather he gets his ass handed back to him.He kept mentioning Floyd when he fought Garcia and he's doing the same right now. He needs to have all his eyes only on Collazo because Collazo is an elite fighter who just got robbed all his life. He has sublime skills and has some power.He thinks and adapts very well and has even become better with age. Collazo will knock Khan out and it is possible he might end up fighting Mayweather after knocking Khan out.

Some time ago I was somewhat surprised that the Khan lot still let him loose on the social networks but then with this lot they all seem a little (lets be kind) strange, they will laugh for no apparent reason and of course when something is funny they just go blank, there are other ways of putting this!..All that Khan does day in day out is just reiterate this view, in fact every time his lips move .

Khan is a Joke like everyone says... So Mayweather has Khan TRAINING HIS ASS OFF TO FIGHT MAYWEATHER FOR ALMOST A YEAR... then all of a sudden, because of Mayweather, Khan now has a little over a month to train for a total opposite style of fighter, southpaw of all things... and everything khan has been training for in the last 10 months is out the window lol... and now he says "MAYWEATHER SAYS HE IS NOT LYING... Spot on, only 'King Khan' thinks IF he beats Callazo he has then, in his eyes done more than enough to call out Mayweather......Has he say's from ringside or at the post fight presser, how embarrassing!
