Tell me how beating Collazo wipes out the Prescott and arca KOs? Those 2 KOs + being wobbled on several other occasions are where his chinny reputation came from. How does beating Collazo erase that?

Khan has been inactive. All this waiting around for Mayweather can not have done him any good. He bailed out of fighting Alexander a very winnable fight with a world title prize to avoid any risk of another loss as this would finish off any hope of landing a Maywather fight. This is a very cautious negitive mindset. It is clear Team Khan bricked themselves after the way Diaz showed him up. They now have to find an opponent that is credible enough to keep the Mayweather dream alive but not too dangerous to wreck things. Collazo would fit the bill but is risky.
I feel Khan has painted himself into a corner and must be under a huge amount of pressure,the inactivity must lead to some ring rust and he has no good recent memories to feed off. His obsesion with fighting Mayweather means he may well be going into the fight with a cautious attitude to protect against a loss rather than winning it. It is all upside for Collazo,he has just destroyed Ortiz and will fancy doing the same to Khan and would not be surprised if he pulls it off.
On the poll on the Khan Collazo fight I voted Khan by decision but would not be surprised at if he gets KOd again. Find the post where I said he would get KOd. What I did say is if the Khan that turned up in the Diaz fight turns up for Collazo he loses. But I also said if the Khan of long long ago turns up he wins and right now where Khan is at is a big?. That is not the same as saying he will get KOd.
