How is it in the boxing world keith thurman cant get a opponent? Gurrerro said he's ready to get back in the mix but turns thurman down even heard maidana turn him down maybe the boogey man does exist. I heard that him and mattyse are on the same card but not fighting each other and they not sure who there opponents are duh!!! Make them fight each other. What happen to the 70s and 80s when the best fought the best when fighters wanted to test them selves now its about the 0. And what happened to rematches? Now when they lose they just move on nobody avenged there lost anymore. I would like to see khan vs danny again or cotto vs mayweather. Boxers must fight for the fans again the ones who pays them!!!
Is Keith Thurman the new boogey man?

He definitely is. Shaniqua Porter ducked him like crazy in order to keep his belt.
Thurman is one of the most complete boxers in the game who also happens to pack a heavy punch. I'd love to see Canelo-Thurman in the near future. Hell, it would make for a great PPV opponent in July. -

'One Time' is running into the same glass ceiling that most danger guys face at some point - right now everyone knows he knocks people out, no-one knows what it'll take to beat him.
Simple fact is he's high risk, low reward - unless he can get some big money behind him, he's probably destined to fight journeymen or other contenders for a year or two, but if he keeps those KOs coming, eventually he'll get his shot.
Personally I think Thurman is ready for anyone at 147, and could also do very well at JMW - JSK is a solid win for anyone, and while Keith did show some vulnerabilities, once you've passed a high end gatekeeper like Soto-Karass, there's really no reason not to be looking for the big fights - it's just a matter of convincing those guys to get in the ring with him.Comment

He's a great young prospect but he's not unbeatable. How do we know he's not another Haymon hype job like all the other so called Haymon hype jobs?Comment
