floyd fans were the people who said floyd couldn't fight margarito because he lost to santos years before...if maidana was any danger to floyd and floyd didn't want to fight him they would be saying how maidana lost to devon alexander therefore floyd doesn't have to fight him. he can fight senchenko coming off a loss like he did judah instead because.....boxing!

it only ruins you if you got destroyed physically and can't recover
but that "unbeaten" crap is just NSB ish
nobody in the real world cares about a loss
              if you're a Zab/Juarez/Clottey/Mayorga kinda guy, it's bad
but if you have a buncha big wins, losing doesn't hurt you much

It does around here it seems. Just make a thread about Donaire or Mares and see how many answers you get.

to be fair, those guys have shown mental damage after their losses. donaire was behind on the cards vs vic darchinyan and mares is ducking jhonny and miura.

someone like broner can bounce back. he showed warrior heart in that fight and wanted a rematch.

Mares is not ducking Miura. He simply decided not to move up in weight. It was a wise decision, he would be too small at 130.
