                  Pernell Whitaker is a good pick in that he had every punch in his arsenal and unlike some of the names mentioned on here, won't say who, he can utilize his offense from anywhere in that ring. I understand he wasn't the biggest puncher but he had arguably the best southpaw jab and his precision to the body is the best I've ever seen.
