    Canelo Alvarez.

That guy is protected. He has the cartel, the referee, and the judges in his back pocket.

Unless I outright KO him I know I'm taking an L. If I hurt him I know the ref is going to do everything in his power to help him recover. If it goes 12 rounds I have no shot unless I KD'd him in every round and even then I have to assume the fight would be a close SD loss. If I manage to eek out a win then my family would be in danger and I'd have to put them in some sort of Witness Protection to keep them away from the Mexican cartel who would want to exact vengeance for beating their golden child.

Unless you're the biggest name in Boxing (Mayweather obviously...) you just can't win against Alvarez no matter what you do.

I would duck fighters who would be High/Very High Risk and Low Reward.

Golovkin. I assume i wouldn't have the defense of a top guy so whoever I fight would prob be able to land to some degree and that guy has such relentless offense mixed with power.
Kirkland prob second for the same reasons

It would be rigondeaux for me. He doesn't bring a lot of money to the table and his style has got to be a nightmare to deal with.

I'd probably duck Ruslan and Thurman. Two hungry lions
