No, he wasn't. Donald is currently 47 years old and he fought Vitali in late 2002. Donald was in his mid 30s.

I remember that fight. I felt embarrassed for boxing watching it to be honest. Vitali just looked like a big awkward lumbering doofus winging uncoordinated shots, and half the fight was literally an MMA wrestle fest, with Vitali genuinely grabbing Donald and swinging him around and throwing him across the ring time after time. It was ****ing hilarious, but oh so awful. Donald looked bloody ****e in that fight too.

He would explode.. kind of like when a vehicle going 80 mph hits a deer crossing the road.

What was the real reason Bowe let his hands go?? 9/10 boxers would've been out cold. Why did he sucker punch Larry like that with two crazy hard punches?? Had Donald been KO'd right there the fight would've been canceled and Bowe could end up in jail. Did Bowe look for a way out of the fight?

Bowe was just an unstable person. He probably felt threatened, insulted and disrespected by Donald's calm demeanor and thought he should do something about it in the one way he knew how.
