Floyd-Pac is a good fight and should happen. Probably should have happen when both we viewed as #1 and #2 in the world, in whatever order. But its not the end of the world if it doesn't happen and isn't an inditement on either of their careers. I mean, I would have liked to see JMM and Morales fight as featherweights. Morales was the bigger star and I'm sure a JMM fan will tell you that Morales wanted no par of it. But whether he did or didn't, doesn't mean the rest of his career is **** because the fight with JMM didn't happen.this one may be on the opposite side of the fence, but also well written...
but having a loss is not a validation of greatness; more so as an issue if one has fought the opponent most people wanted to see in a fight....
floyd vs pac has all the makings of a great fight....the amount of $$$, the generated fight fans interest and more....
a big shame if it does not happenComment

C'mon man... Manny became P4P num1 because Floyd "retired" but we all know he avoided those top dawgs at the time. Manny steamed rolled everyone and became the num1 fighter. That's when Floyd got upset. Look it up. Then everyone wasted to see those two fight. So hatin azz Floyd picked JMM to fight. I guess he thought beating him with ease will prove he's better than Manny. NOT! Manny ****** with JMM at their best weight. Floyd ask JMM to move up TWO WEIGHT CLASSES to fight him. And you Fraud fans brag about that. Lol. Your fave boxer(May) went AWOL when EVERYONE in the boxing world fell in love with the action pack p4p champ Pacman. Just like he b!$@hed when De la Hoya was the top guy in the sport.Floyd has less chance of losing than those greats though, as Floyd don't fight as much.
When Floyd became p4p no1 and RJJ, Hamed, and Barrera dropped from their thrones, Floyd took no1 top spot and became the name olf boxing and proceeded to go AWOL and let Pac do the majority of fighting.Comment

Yes yes, that is true that's why maidana has frucking .0001% chance to deliver his ultra slow haymaker lucky punch and somehow end the game with it.Comment

I would love to see you slipping his punches in the pocket for even a handful of rounds, if he is so ridiculously slow.Comment

Being the greatest is not the same as never losing. If you look at all sports, "the greatest" all had to endure some adveristy at some point. That's part of what makes them great. Not just that they won a lot, but when they took a L, they bounced back.Comment
