    Chavez is naturally 30-40 pounds heavier than GGG, he's got a great chin and is generally resilient, so I can't see GGG stopping/KOing him.

    I think GGG beats Chavez up for 12 rounds and wins a wide UD.
    Golovkin would take this fight for two reasons:
    1) The money;
    2) A win to Jr. would be the best incentive in getting the Martinez fight he actually wants -- this in case Martinez wins; because Cotto would never fight Golovkin, of course...

    Where do people get this idea that Chavez is some kind of cash cow? He has only ever been the B side of a PPV, outside of the BS Latin Fury stuff the bobfather built him on.

The average prediction for both Stevens and Adama was 3 rounds or less because that was the tone GGG set with the Ishida and Macklin TKO's. 168 is a whole different weight class and Chavez Jr is a whole different size than these guys at 160. This fight won't be easy for GGG by any means and expectations like yours is what will make GGG seem like he got exposed by a big, limited fighter.
    I think it will be relatively easy. Both will eat shots, it will be fun, but Chavez is going to take a real beating. He's just not that good. I'm not predicting Chavez gets knocked out early, but he will get it bad in this fight.

    People said Golovkin looked horrible even though he smacked Adama around the ring and was clearly cruising
    Golovkin gonna look like crap no matter what in this fight

    I would not be surprised if it will be PPV. Arum will want to compete with Chavez Jr with Canelo, and JCC vs GGG is a better fight than Canelo-Angulo, so Arum will have some bragging rights if JCC-GGG actually outsells Canelo-Angulo, which on paper it should. GGG is considered a huge draw by his fans, and JCC sold 500k vs Martinez.

    The Golovkin option really is the best for Chavez Jr. next.
    Because the other options available are Bika and Ward -- they are both long time tip top super middleweights.
    GGG is smaller and he never fought at 168 while a pro fighter.
    On another hand, Jr. is the better option to date for GGG as well -- Jr. doesn't have the experience and skills that Ward has in this division...
