Former junior welterweight champion Amir Khan (28-3, 19KOs) feels confident that his move to the welterweight division will generate an explosion of power and strength.. DIRECTLY ONTO HIS CHIN

No one has really ever doubted your power and speed and conditioning. Just don't stick your chin out all the time and try be exciting and the next Pacquio. Be BH.

But once you get ko'ed you will say its cos you are really a 140 guy and don't belong in 147, if there was a 144 class it would be ideal for you.

Khan is possibly the most feared 140 to 147 pounder in the history of boxing. Ducked by Mayweather himself, Bradley, Broner, Marquez, Alexander and Garcia (rematch).

Why do people on this forum keep talking about mens bums. you guys are so obsessed! For an interest in what is commonly seen as a working class "manly" sport, theres a tremendous amount of ****-****** undertones. There are other websites where you guys can go to fixate on mens bums, just talk about boxing here, nothing sexual c'mon!

                    The excuses start again?

So he was dying making weight after only two years at 140, yet he stayed there for another 3 years and had as many fights since then at 140 as he'd had before it. Yeah, that seems really believable. If you're killing yourself making weight and it's ruining your career, you don't decide to more than double your stay.

The last thing he should be focusing on and thinking about is an explosion of power and strength with a move up to 147. That is the exact type of thinking that'll keep getting sparked. He should just be focusing on learning to punch, move and defend while keeping his balance rather than just leaping in off balance, throwing wildly, squaring himself up, and leaving himself exposed after every combination. Getting caught the way he does has nothing to do with weight. He's just flawed. Terrible balance, terrible footwork, stops and drops the hands to admire his work after every combo.

Bringing up weight as another excuse though when he'd been at 140 for only two years and five fights, but then staying at 140 for another three years and five fights? Nope.

He needs to get over himself and start working on his flaws, rather than just excusing them all and blaming it on other stuff.

don't know who this belted dude is, it definitely isn' t Luis Collazo ( by the way pronounced co-ya-zo , not "co-la-zo" as so many mistakenly do ( in Spanish the two LL's are pronounced as you would a Y ) commentators especially take note , please don't Americanize it , it's a Spanish name.
