He doesnt want to risk a rematch with Herrera or Matthysse, and losing the tuneup fights means its hard to find anything really safe. Lucky for GBP there's plenty of ****riders out there, although I dont think there's enough of them to keep the Danny Garcia lie afloat for much longer.
