You must be either a new boxing fan or hasn't followed a lot of Timothy Bradley fights. In their first meeting, Erik Morales was very successful in backing Pacquiao up along the ropes. It helped smother and neutralize his punching power.

Secondly, who said that Bradley is going to run? I haven't heard him or anyone on his team say that. You are only speculating by basing it off of their previous meeting.

Moreover, if you ever watched Bradley fight. You will know that he is a very versatile fighter. He can jab, circle and box but can also brawl and exchange punches on the inside as witnessed in the Kendall Holt, Devon Alexander, Lamont Peterson, Carlos Abregu and even the Ruslan Provodnikov fight.

The Pacquiao fight was an aberration. It was out of the norm. Tim is not solely an outside stick and move type fighter but one who can also ****s. The trouble in his meeting with Manny is that he showed him too much respect. He even admitted as much when he said that Prov was a much harder puncher than Manny.

This time around I am expecting the Timothy Bradley of old because he senses a vulnerability in Manny's skills since the Marquez knockout. He has his confidence back and he's bringing it. He knows that Pac couldn't hurt him the first time and there's no reason to believe that he can hurt this time; Especially in light of the fact that he has been KO recently and now have to undergo stringent Olympic style blood testing for this bout. Therefore, I anticipate Bradley trading more punches with him; Especially on the inside, where he is at his least effective.

In my opinion, Pac may very well have to score a knockout in order to win this fight or if the fight is close at least score a knockdown or two in order to secure the victory.

"I think Manny Pacquiao will get aggressive until he gets hit," Bradley said. "People are going to laugh about this, and it's OK, they can laugh. But like I said, if I was a non-puncher, if I didn't have anything, guys would walk completely straight through me. Guys who don't have any power, I walk them down, I go straight to them. I eat 'em up. I eat 'em alive. If I didn't have any power, or anything to keep guys honest, like Marquez, like Provodnikov and all these other guys, they wouldn't worry. They would just come through."

Bradley said his power helped him against Pacquiao in the first fight. In the second round of the fight, Bradley strained ligaments in his foot. In the fourth round, he sprained his other foot.

Bradley has shown more heart in the ring than 99% of the fighters fighting today.

I just wish that he'd stop referring to the first fight. He should just pretend it never happened. It wasn't him in that fight, they never actually fought before this coming fight and there's nothing to see there. Ignore it when it gets brought up, never mention it, even in passing, and never, ever talk about winning it and not getting the credit he deserved.

It's bad enough someone like Marquez going on about losing fights he thinks he should have won, but they were nearly all fights he could and often should have won (Bradley fight was the only other reasonably clear loss, and it was still close). Marquez happily admits when he got owned by Mayweather. Imagine if he started saying he didn't get the credit he deserved for that fight....

Bradley just needs to shut up about it. He's cool otherwise, and I usually like him, but then he'll start talking about winning the first fight, out boxing Pac, not getting credit, while simultaneously saying that he didn't do good because his ankles were broken by Pac.

It makes me start disliking him. It's one thing to say you didn't get credit for a fight that was close, and that you felt you really could have won, but it's another thing to rave about a hideous robbery that he knew full well the moment it finished he wasn't close to winning.

I never seen such a one sided bashing thread since the JMM Pacman 4 fight before it happened. I remember everyone claim Marquez was going to get knocked out etc. I think everyone needs to calm down and wait to see what happens.

It really is..Not saying Bradley clearly won or anything..I just felt the fight was very close..Bradley did not mail it in,in the fight either..He exchange with Pac and stood in the fire(I mean the guy had two badly hurt ankles)these guy's are just being foolish now..
