Most (black) boxers don't have a nact for annunciation. Sometimes I think (and hope) Mayweather does all his mispronunciation on purpose.

My brother calls Canelo 'Carmello' I don't even really like Canelo but it pisses me off lol.

Edit: and yeah Bradley calls him Pac-cow.

I heard that too Casteelio instead of Castillo.

The one that gets me is Merriweather, lol wtf? If you show Mayweather on the screen how can you pronounce it Merri-weather? makes no sense.

lol thats a given, Rigondeaux is going to be hard to pronounce Rigon-Doh, Rigon-de-yow, Rigon-Dew, etc.

But Canelo? how did it become CAR-Nelo or CaR-Nelio?
