Pacquiao has fought Cotto, who was a better welterweight than Cotto?

Clottey, Who was a Better Welterweight that Pacquiao could have fought?

Timothy Bradley, Who was a better Welterweight at that time?

Hatton, Who was a better JR Welterweight at the time? And Pacquiao actually fought him in his weight class, fighting at a higher weight class coming up, minus the de la hoya fight.

        You asked without asterisks.

Mosley was the best welter when Mayweather signed to fight him. This is not up for debate

Your right allow me to clarify that post. Since 2009 every fighter that wanted a pac fight was forced to sign with top rank. So pac has only fought his stable mates for the last 5 years or so.

A 38 year old coming off two training camps and a 2 year layoff after beating a plasterless margarito and nobody else since.

              Titles mean nothing without context.

Men possess knowledge for a reason, stop promoting ignorance and close mindedness. Everything is up for debate.

Pacs lack of defense will be his un doing thats why I say roach is incompetent. After all these years he could have taught pac some kind of defense. His inability to make pac a complete fighter should be a criminal act
Especially when someone has 5 inches more reach to play with. Slicing angles is going to work in their favour and staying out of trouble just easier.

It's one of the first things you notice when fighting someone, their reach, and it makes a big difference to the fight, especially if that person can throw with both hands and make you miss in different positions. Pac is just too small and too wild

2009? Why not? He is the 2nd biggest name in boxing. Even the #1 refuses to fight TR's fighter, He can only fight them thru GBP.

The thrill has always been that Manny is down for whatever and will go through hell to bust ya up! Mannys always beeen better as an underdog/Rocky Balboa
Yes Mayweather may have all the advantages but Pac will still bust him up.

Once a man shows fear, or doubt "how he knock cotto, mosley down but i cant?" there will always be something to make him hold back. i just think pac has the mental edge over mayweather if they fought. not the boxing skill edge but mental
