I disagree with your assesment on how rubio would give tips to maidana to miraculously beat the best in the world...only thing rubio can do is be therevfor moral support, nothing more nothing less....as far as wut you say about rubio giving tips about pressure all he has to do is show his fight with kofi jantuah, and tell maidana "dont be like me,i made a mistake and tried to put pressure and my combos together, and i got knocked the f out"!!

Maidana is going to have to be himself in this fight, thats his only chance!

Rubio is the oldest 33 year old and you would never guess he was a decent boxer to boot. Maybe he's there to give Maidana emotional support too since they can speak Spanish to each other. Not a bad addition to Maidana's training camp.

lol people assuming Rubio is there to spar Maidana and emulate Floyd's style.

They're just out at the track, some of you guys should really consider clicking on the actual article before posting.

Maidana better shadow box by moving around the ring for 12 rounds everyday and practice cornering a fighter than quickly side stepping than proceed to move his feet if he going to pressure Floyd. Also tap and shoot would help.

Maidana better watch out for the ref Floyd going to buy.

IMO Maidana should try sparring with Marquez since Marquez has a fight coming up too and also Miguel Vazquez who normally fights with the back foot.

Maidana is gonna eat alot of shots by the counter puncher Marquez which something he has to get use to against Mayweather.

                      Love it

Maidana is going to give Mayweather a whole lot of problems. The flowmo's in here are crazy.

Will Maidana get knocked out? It's possible. Not likely, seeing how Floyd hasn't gotten a legitimate knockout in years. What I can say for a certainty is this, Mayweather is going to be in a real fight. And not against a weight drained fighter, jr. middle weight like Canelo, or a overweight lightweight like Marquez.

Mayweather has real trouble with pressure fighters who cut off the ring well like Miguel Cotto, and Jose Luis Castello. And I personally think Maidana is a more effective pressure fighter then Miguel Cotto.

I got Maidana winning this fight.
