Punch Connect %s for Amateur & Untrained Boxers

I've been looking at the league table for punch connect percentages (top six and bottom six posted below) and I wondered what the average is for amateur boxers. Also, what do you reckon the connect % would be for an average untrained young man fighting in the ring against a similar opponent? Bear in mind they would not be proficient at dodging and blocking.
