its the best punchers not the strongest ..it even says in the book that foreman and shavers probably have the hardest punch ever

yeah when I read the list.
I scrolled about 5 names down and didin't see Foreman's name.
Obviously he is listed at #9 but I was going to make a conscious decision to completely void the this of any credibility whatsoever.
As it stands it's probably in the zero to slightly negative credibility range.
This just in:

Despite some omissions, inclusions, & placements....it is really an amazing magazine.
before knocking it, Run, get a copy of it. It is truly awesome

Foreman hit so damn hard: as a variable in that equation it should outweight all the other variables by a large margin.
That skews the equation in favor of Big George.

i just wandered if active fighters like david tua, kostya tzyu etc. made the list. why are we not seeing the names of for ex. manny pacquiao,diego corralles, etc.?

Yes, power is heavily weighed in compiling such a list, but when that is equal, or nearly equal, you must look to other attributes that constitutes a good puncher.
