To Ruslan's credit he did say he wants to fight the best. Hence why Rios' name isn't brought up.

I would seriously love this fight. I think Ruslan can bring something outta Danny during their fight that he just couldn't do vs Herrera. The dog in Ruslan is an enjoyable mother****er to watch. I certainly hope this fights gets made and not just talked about.
