Wow. The old news argument. Really..? There is another term for old news. Its called history. There is no statute of limitations on the truth like I already said. The facts make it pretty clear that Pacquiao is the one who walked away from negotiations, made ludicrous excuses and told bold faced lies all to avoid facing Floyd Mayweather. I'm a rich coward means that he doesn't care about all of the personal insults that people like you levy against him. $40,000,000 flat fee was a hefty and unprecedented proposal that Pacquiao never countered. I don't fight to see who's best is probably a quote that you fabricated. Wow. You're really getting desperate. Now I'm racist because of a boxing debate? Okay sure... You don't even know what racism is. Pacquiao never agreed to testing with Floyd. He just went on ESPN and claimed that he would agree as a ploy to promote his next fight. Only a Pacquiao fan would claim that 40 million dollars is a low ball offer but even if thats true Pacquiao was not even willing to enter into negotiations and counter the offer. And anyone who didn't start paying attention to boxing until 2008 would know that it was Bob Arum that has said over and over that he would never do business with Floyd Mayweather again. And Bob Arum has also made it clear that he hates Al Haymon. He even claimed that he didn't know who represented Mayweather as recently as 2010 so please come on with the bull*****. VADA not WADA is run by a known drug supplier. USADA is a non profit public agency that is overseen by the World Anti Doping Agency which over sees all of the worlds amatuer atheletes and is the only legitimate anti doiping agency in the world. Pacquiao's defamation case was a frivolous sham that was a mere publicity stunt and was settled out of court for a public statement. 3 failed tests is just another Pacquiao fan fantasy and a pure fabrication.
