Marquez didn't want Manny, but it seems Arum has convinced him. How did you miss that? And when Ruslan asked for Rios, it was Arum who said Rios can't make weight, not Rios. Rios wants the fight. I guess you missed that too. Don't just be a fan, get your game up!

It's a pretty obvious tune up fight, guys. Get with it.

I think this is honestly a ****** route for Marquez. Sure, he'll probably knock Alvarado out, but he's too old to be chasing the Pac/Bradley winner at this point. The fact that he has to drastically scale back his training does not bode well for his chances moving forward, and he didn't look like a young fighter in his last fight.

marquez is too old and alvarado is too good for me to consider this simply a tuneup

Maybe, maybe not... provodnikov is definitely more open to those gigantic Marquez counters, and bradleys shots did seem to bother provodnikov some. I think at this point both guys have a great shot at beating marquez and im happy mikes getting it after all the wars they just put him in.

******: TR Isn't Ruining The Welterweight Division...Bonehead Comment

Alvarado lands Marquez, because Marquez wouldn't fight Provo who kept calling him out, and chose the safer route in Alvarado, now trying to sell us on how dangerous Alvarado is, who just got destroyed at home in 8 rounds by none other than Provo.

Marquez wouldn't fight Pacquiao who was still looking for ONE rematch, after Pacquiao gave him 4. Rios lands Pacquiao as a THIRD option, because at the time Bradley still wouldn't agree to fight Pacquiao. Pacquiao destroys Rios, Marquez still won't fight Pacquiao, so now Pacquiao gets Bradley rematch finally.

So your Top Rank analogy is ******...

"Both fighters are coming back from defeats in October 2013. Marquez lost a twelve round split decision to WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao"

Did anyone else catch that? Manny beat Juan in October

Marquez is probably still too good for Alvarado, but he might not be, and I am sure this will be a fun fight full of action.

They fought in the gym like in Rocky 3. Whine Moanuel cried robbery even though Nacho scored it for Pac and Roach scored it for Marquez.

And what was even funnier was him watching clips of Alvarado catching Provo with heavy shots and Juanita pooping his pants like it might not even be as easy as he thought lol.

I would like to root against him but Looking at the bigger picture, I want him to win so Pacquiao can beat his ass violently into retirement.
I feel exactly the same way. I hope Alvarado wins, but if not, that gives a chance for Pacquiao to knock Hulquez into retirement.
