Solis looked like he slimmed down a lot on the left.

Because Odlanier's promoter, Ahmet Oner, is a Turk.

I know Tony's a solid veteran, but he's old and slow. If Solis is to look like a serious contender, he has to look really good versus Thompson. He can't just get past him. How am I supposed to envision this guy as world champ if he can't handle a 42 year old, sluggish dude like Tony?
            "Tony's a solid veteran"
are you kidding me .at any other time in hvwt history he would be concidered 2nd-third tier. this fight will be a snoozer.

lol Yeah, but this isn't "any other time in heavyweight history." This is now. Thompson is currently among the better heavyweights.

Solis has me pretty disappointed when it comes to what he has done, and what he could have done. Don't care who wins much, but slightly pulling for Solis he at least has a minute tiny, dismally small chance of still doing big things in the sport.

Is there any way to even watch this live?

Sad that we have so little interest in this guy, huh? He coulda been somebody.

That's the worst part, but he has no one but himself to blame. At this point it would be some incredible highly unlikely comeback type of thing if he managed to make his mark in the sport after wasting his talent, and window of opportunity away like he did .

I cant really hold it that much against him tho when I left Cuba I gained 45 pounds in 4 months...I got here I was like "You mean we can drive there not get out of the car order, and they will give me a fking burger, fries, and a soda too in less than 2 minutes!!???" Culture shock hits Cubans in the stomach hard
