How do you think he would have fared against the likes of a prime Del La Hoya, Whittaker and other great welterweights? Lets be honest, the only reason why people were accusing Pacquiao of being on PEDS back then is because they didn't like the idea of a fighter being better Floyd.
How good was Manny Pacquiao during the 07-09 period?

Funny thing is some of the HBO crew thought that he may be past his peak when he fought Diaz in 2008. Pac legit improved fight by fight after the second Marquez fight. I think he started to decline slowly after the Cotto fight where he was in his absolute prime (Pac in 2009 was SCARY). He looked awful by his standards in the third Marquez fight, looked like he lost his killer instinct and to be fair he looked like he had could potentially finish Marquez in the 4th fight until he got caught. -
He never was considered better than Floyd not now not ever and he never will be.
How many times was he tested during 07-09 any takers??
And dont try and change history Pacquiaos reaction to asking to be tested put the black cloud over his head. This will forever be known as the PED era in boxing and Pacquiao one of the most popular and sucessful fighters during that era wanted NOTHING to do with it.
History will never forget that.
Now in regards to the thread he wouldve lost every round against a Prime Oscar and got knocked the **** out cold.Comment

yea pac was a beast. so beastly he fought Marquez 4 times and still can't beat him convincingly. but I'm sure he would beat prime ATG welterweights rightHow do you think he would have fared against the likes of a prime Del La Hoya, Whittaker and other great welterweights? Prime Oscar, Whitaker etc would've made Pacquiao look foolish. There is absolutely no one that Manny faced from that period that those guys couldn't handle with ease. Hatton? Old Barrera?
