khan is fighting in may, so there is no way they can fight right now. anyways, garcia knocks khan out again if it happens, amir is not clever enough to follow a gameplan like herrera did the other day. as soon as he gets connected big he does 2 things, run like a maniac or he starts trading punches which lead him to get KO'd

Herrera has a real good chin. Khan knows a rematch with Garcia would not go like the Herrera-Garcia fight. It would go like the Garcia-Khan fight. Again.

Garcia is not going to be able to fight for a while now so there'd be no point in calling him out. Khan is fighting May 3rd.

On top of what DirkUK stated, Garcia isn't certain to move-up to 147 his next fight.

Also, fans as well as Khan need to forget about a Floyd fight, since its already been stated by Floyd, that Khan needs to be impressive and earn the shot. The one thing Floyd doesn't want is fans screaming that Khan doesn't deserve a fight -- That's not good for promotions!!!
And believe me, he got a wave of complaints from every direction during the poll, so that is one fight Khan can't talk (ala David Haye) himself into.

At the very least, Khan needs to be impressive in two consecutive fights against credible opponents to even be considered at this point.

All Khan has to do is win another fight. That's it. Who else is Mayweather going to fight, Danny Garcia? Keith Thurman or Lara? It will be Khan.

I also don't see why Khan cannot fight in September he has before. Ramadan ends July 28th this year. If a Mayweather fight is on September 13th or 20th, Khan will have a 7-8 week training camp. Mexican Independence day is September 16th on a Tuesday. That's the only reason Floyd would want to fight in September but there aren't any Mexicans left to fight.
