Didn't realize Tim Bradley's resume was this deep.

I remember reading an article about him in ring magazine I think, about upcoming faces of the future, Bradley was like 4-0 at e time.. This was late 2004, early 2005 sometime if memory serves correct.. Been watching him ever sinceComment

He was supposed to be too much for Abregu but he got beat down like the rest of em. I personally want one of the bigger promo companies to scoop him up because the guy drops bombs in every fight....he and Thurman would make for a great fight.
I take that back, I had no idea Top Rank had signed him....I completely missed that in your post...wtf, lol. Arum needs to get the dude back out there soon he has been on the shelf for like an entire year, I think that's why I was assuming he was with a small time promoter.Last edited by mathed; 03-17-2014, 08:24 PM.Comment

Convenient? I actually forgot that Urango had a belt....lol god knows how he got that. Juan Urango? Really?
Well we all know he lost the Kotelnik and Matthysse fights but you'll continue with your "play dumb" routine when it comes to robberies.
Bradley has a collection of good B/C level fighters on his resume and pretty much no impressive or dominant performances. I would give his career a B+ which is quite generous I think.Last edited by Dirk Diggler UK; 03-17-2014, 08:30 PM.Comment

He has that "old school" mentality which is something you don't really see too much anymore.Comment

Exactly right,, reminds me of Holyfield coming up to heavy,, everyone thought evander was too small, not enough power, etc. but all he did was win because of his mental toughness, heart, will to win..
Porter seems to have these same traits but jury still out on him, till he fights some more top level competitionComment

Porter impressed me in the Alexander fight, he showed real heart and grit but I'd have to see him in against some different competition to be a full believer in him. He did say that Bradley gave him pointers on how to approach Alexander though...to be the best, you learn from the best right?Exactly right,, reminds me of Holyfield coming up to heavy,, everyone thought evander was too small, not enough power, etc. but all he did was win because of his mental toughness, heart, will to win..

I hope that's not why he does it. Although I do realize that the majority of fans are biased and nationalistic. Boxing is a worldwide sport and I support fighters from different places based on attitude and how I perceive them inside the ring and who they're willing to fight.Comment
