Leaning towards Texas, since in Puerto Rico, they REALLLLLLLY don't give a F what you think. They'll rob you without even blinking, and with no post fight excuses.

Puerto Rico is really bad even with knock downs you still lose but at lease in TX you have a shot to win both are real bad
