Dannys good. Styles make fights. Danny has gotta work on his pressure game and putting his punches together. When he stood in the pocket throwing single punches, Herrera started swamping him with punches and clinching him. He gave danny the carlos molina special. I'd still pick danny against most guys at 40 or 47. A guy I think handles Herreras style well is Peterson who has one hell of an inside game. I'd still pick danny to beat lamont. Styles make fights.

Just watched it. The fight was boring. It could have gone either way. I haven't seen any such thing as a robbery. One thing is clear, tho: Danny is not an elite-level fighter.

Let hope maypops power keeps him out of jail long enough to make this fight coming up. Such a tough guy to hire others to beat up on two guys that he himself paid to do work on his home, and then accused them of stealing from him. I hope they put him away for a very long time, and he will be 60 and broke when he gets out of jail this itme.

I truely agree with your accessment ,I watched it saturday nite and yeah, he lost this fight , and lost it good. His father cant even deny it,asking him in the 6th round to wake up. His father knew he was losing the fight. He didnt nothing to change the direction and simply could not deal with the jab ,that kept jumping in his face.

            Floyd
            Manny
            Timothy
            Devon
            Juan Marquez
            Ruslan
            Thurman
            Adrien Broner

            Possibly beats Danny
            Luiz Collazo
Maybe Amir Khan in a rematch if he can stay away

If something is Garcia owing his "success" to GBP. Morales won the WBC vacant title against Cano while it was announced that it probably would be against Maidana or Mathysse (Lucas didn't get a visa). Ajose was the number one contender to Morales's title but GBP convinced $$$ the WBC to get Garcia the fight and it was moved weeks after original date because Morales had surgery. Morales lost his title one day before the fight weighting one more pound and Garcia won a close decision and the title. Khan had lost his 2 titles (IBF and WBA) defeated by Peterson but Amir was able to recover the WBA partly because of GBP influence (the other was the controversy on PEDs but Peterson kept the IBF). Khan lost to Garcia after leading until the fist KD (resulting on the infamous punch that looked more on the neck). GBP was really behind all the maneuver to get the two titles to Garcia.

And I forgot to mention that GBP got a hardly rated Mauricio Herrera (33 yrs old with record of 20-3/ 7 KOs having lost 2 of his lasr 4 fights) who was supposed to be only a "keep busy" or "tune-up" fight so Garcia, the supposed lineal champion, could look great in his "homecoming" in Puerto Rico.

Its one thing to say Danny lost, but to say because he lost he is no longer an elite fighter is foolish. Who is elite then? Only Mayweather because hes undefeated? Styles make fights and danny got a litttle gift here. Most fighters get a gift in their career including Mayweather, Pacquiao, Mosley, Trinidad, Chavez and i could go on.

shiet stylewise match up for Swift. Got the win and like most greats of the past was given the nod in a questionable and difficult fight to score. He will learn and go forward. Unify with Lamont and then up to 147lbs.
