A clash of heads caused the injury, similar reason why I wasn't so harsh on Mikey "quitting" against Salido.

Angulo on the other hand was disheartened by how Lara took his punches, kept getting back up and kept connecting. He quit because he realised he couldn't put the Cuban away.

There is a world of difference.
