Danny won't be able to counter Pacquiao effectively. Even if he did I doubt Danny has the power to put him out, ask Herrera.

Juan is very familiar with Pacquiao. Juan and Danny are night and day when it comes to counterpunching. Juan was able to get inside with Pac where they were body to body and even caught Pac with a left hook to the ear/behind the head.

Danny is no JMM. If we were to compare them as counter punchers, Danny is a Honda and JMM is an Audi.

Danny's counter ability is good but not as good as jmm's

both can take a good shot and get bloodied and survive and counter...

But danny is more a one trick counter puncher with a great counter left hook, whereas jmm has a full arsenal of counter punchers including a great straight right, and thats the punch that bothers manny, same thing with morales' lead right in the first manny fight..
Manny can deal with left hooks like barrera and cotto,, its the right hands that bother him, and i dont think garcia has that elite right hand to really bother manny

JMM barely got 40% of the press vote for 3, and that's supposed to be the biggest "robbery". But he's basically the only guy that's given Pac a competitive fight since Morales, and he's fought guys his nemesis Marquez wouldn't risk fighting

1. Danny isn't a fluid counter puncher. Juan is, Juan utilizes much more lateral movement that Danny which is why Juan can counter Pacquiao effectively.

2. Danny is flat flooted. Pacquiao would get off combinations, move out before Danny can even through.

Herrera was making Danny miss with his wide ass left hook. If Herrera can outbox Danny Pacquiao would absolutely slaughter him.

Pacquiao fights nothing like Herrera, let's be honest Herrera is a cerebral fighter and stance himself in an odd angle. Pacquiao stands straight up and leans in with punches similar to an Amir khan. Not saying Garcia wins but for everyone to really do a fair analysis here, Herrera did to Garcia what Garcia did to Matthyse but not as dormant as Garcia. Also JMM ver. fight 4 is slower than Garcia and doesn't have the same timing.

garcia relies on a shoulder roll, albiet he will 90% of the time throw a hook at the same time, the left hand will make it through
vs matthysse and judah it was exposed plenty of times

you can't miss garcia with the left, he can't "box" pacquiao like so many believe neither because his "boxing" is straight up running and when he is going to throw a punch he has to stop and stand still, also along with clinches, that's garcia's boxing

and no doubt early on pacquiao will aim for that body and garcia wont be able to take a pacquioa left to the midsection like he did with herrera's jab, i give it 2 lefts to the stomach before garcia learns to protect his body and thus leaves himself open upstairs
