what i love about wilder is that he's not a unique quantity. he's just another dude from college basketball.
it's really quite amusing to compare american athletes to the rest of the world. we're just one country, and we're superior to the remainder of the world.
Wilder got flattened in the amateurs by a fat guy with 18oz gloves. He did the chicken dance multiple times, have you not seen the video?
If that happened, he'll get flattened in the pros by a big punch no question. It's a matter of time.

i iknow you guys are scared. i get it, bro. it gives you comfort to put wilder down. it makes you feel insecure when some random guy from college basketball comes in and shakes the euros to their boots.
wilder started boxing in his 20's, and had an extremely short amateur career. he made it to the olympic qualifying with 15 fights. most 15 fight amateurs hardly look like they can box. he was a complete novice, and only qualified because of his talents.
"he got dropped as an amateur when he hardly knew how to box! our tyson is going to get him!"

can you imagine the british reaction if wilder were a white ***** from suffolk? you guys would literally never shut up about "our deontay."
americans recognize what wilder is. he's one of thousands of talented american big men who decided to box when he was an adult. he's not some unique snowflake. he just chose to box.
act like you've been there, britain.

He hasn't even taken a punch since he was decked by the might Scolders!
Look back at the OP and subsequent posts I made - I'm praising Wilder ffs
Why are you trying to turn it around?
He clearly has a glass chin though, you'll see.

I think the style match-up is intriguing and it's bound to end in a brutal chicken dance followed by a KO.
Just want to make it clear that I think Wlad will fold him in a couple of rounds, but would like to see it.

A unification bout would always take priority.
