How do you know he would've been front runner to fight Floyd? Until you provide some links to that then that is only your opinion and hearsay. I guarantee Angulo still gets decent fights after this. But other than Mayweather, what BIG fights would've been available anyway? Canelo would've won regardless, but to have watched that fight and say you didn't see anything extremely odd would be turning a blind eye. The fight I watched was a guy that was getting outclassed to the point where his trainer was ready to stop it before the ref did. The ref did his job. Why let the guy take a beating when he clearly wasn't in the fight. Angulo was handpicked to make Canelo look good and that's what happened. The blind eye was turned by the Canelo haters that thought this was going to be anything but a one sided ass whipping before the fight.
