If your going to beat some dudes close to death, your gonna make sure they don't go to the cops. They can do this many ways. One way is if they have kids. You take out their wallet and keep a picture of one of their kids and say "If you go to the cops, you know whats gonna happen to (kid)"

The dudes with the broken arms lawyered up first just in case they don't get what they want which is probably millions of dollars each. You don't hire a lawyer unless your gonna take someone to court. Floyd will get hit with a summons sooner or later
