Herrera don't have a lot of power but all I'm saying is if anything I would assume Garcia is shopworn not Herrera.

I must say though it would be hilarious if Herrera won in Puerto Rico no one knows who he is... But he beat provodnikov and looks to have a decent skill set, maybe this will be an interesting fight.
