I'm not going to say he can't knock Floyd out.. I have seen junior jones stop Barrera tarver stop Floyd, Iran stop hearns, buster stopping mike, toney stopping Holyfield...

But it's a long shot,, I think Maidana is a little too slow and wide to stop floyd

Imagine? The internet would shut down. Boxingscene would be down for a month.

And let the bashing begin, for a boxer being confident in himself.

Or if Floyd was really good hed be fighting Miguels next opponent.
PAC had three different opportunities to fight Floyd and turned him down. The only situation that I agreed to PAC walking away was the 40 million flat rate deal. The other two were nothing but excuses made by PAC and arum that made the fight not happen.

Regarding Martinez, i don't understand why people think Floyd will move up to middleweight to fight him. If that fight were to happen Martinez will most likely have to go down to 154. If that would happen Floyd would be fighting an old guy who is not fighting at his natural weight. Plus it wouldn't even be for a title. Floyd is the only fighter in the world who would be considered a ducker for not fighting someone that's twice his size.

And also u pointed out maidana's list to khan. So are u implying that khan would have been a better choice. Khan hasn't fought since April and hasn't even fought at welterweight. So Floyd fighting khan would have been even worse.

But since u believe PAC is still capable of beating Floyd tell me how would he do it?

              Easy UD for Floyd.
Oh now age doesn't mean nothin. I find that funny cause when Floyd fought and beat fighters like Mosley and DLH age seemed to mean a lot. A lot of times Floyd was accused of fighting nothing but older and smaller guys. Now that recently he's fought or getting ready to fight younger fighters that his size or bigger (Ortiz, Cotto, Guerrero, Alvarez, Maidana), now this "he's choosing b fighters" garbage. But answer this real quick. What fighter out there is a so called "A" fighter that's on his level?

Maidana wont brainfart like ortiz or be gun shy like canelo and guerrero. Hes gonna bring the ruckus to floyd. Yeah floyd will probably win a UD but Id be happy just to see marcos hurt floyd or even score a knockdown on him.

I've always liked Maidana's attitude... here as well. He never stops trying, never gives up, never gets discouraged. Gotta give him that. Of course we'll see a 12 round track meet from Floydie, so Marcos odds not good to KO the track star, but hey anything could happen. No matter what though, good on Maidana for getting the shot. I wish him the best.
