I said one sentence in that thread relating to me being 100% DR. I really went in on this thread thread because I can relate to Danny Garcia, I am defending him. I don't like this "He is not Puerto Rican" sh-t, if he wants to claim PR, let him claim it.
Lol that's not a rant, what I did in this thread is a rant. You got a prob with what I am saying, use the ignore function. As long as people keep trying deny Garcia of what he wants to be, I will continue ranting and relating to him, so f-ck off.But I must admit this is kinda of the first time I've seen two Dominis going head to head about a serious topic like race when in DR there's a big problem with the native Dominicans and Hatians..

good I hope the ticket sales do bad he should have known to stage his fight here in America where they built him as the next big American superstar.Hes not Rican based on culture, he's American with Philly roots that's the Danny I supported. Not this fake one who is exploitng dumb Pureto Ricans for their money. The real ones know he's not one of them. USA is where he was born to fight and I hope he and his dad realize that soon enough or he's going to lose a fan...probably alot of themComment

Actually, if you want to get technical, Native Americans aren't really native to the Americas at all. Their ancestors came from Asia and crossed the Bering land bridge during prehistoric times. If human beings are still around a few thousand years from now, whites and blacks, for example, will be considered "native" to lands they only started occupying since Columbus.
The more I think about it, the sillier this topic seems to me. But, again, it is what it is....
Why the *** do we love our arroz con habichuelas so much asiatic?

In my opinion, you can often tell who has a greater degree of indigenous traits. That's why many Mexicans aren't referred to as "Indios," despite having some obvious native ancestry. Those living in greater isolation have very distinct features -- very "Asian," if you will. People whose ancestors lived in or around the bigger cities often have at least some Spanish blood.
Dark skin isn't always a good indicator of race. There are many "native" Mediterranean people who are Caucasian, but are quite dark-skinned, due to the Arab invasions. As time goes on, racial lines will continue to blur. It's just as well. In the end, we're really all the same...just with some insignificant differences.Comment

What Cuban is talking about is the peoples who came over the Bearing Straight 10,000 years ago, during the last ice age.
Mostly indigenous peoples of America now.Comment
