Frazier has high blood pressure, poor eye sight, cholesterol, is older, smaller and hasn't boxed a lot longer ago than foreman.

Foreman is in good health, younger, bigger, stronger, and has proved he can still kick butt in his older years.

It would be the same as their first fight, but I don't think Frazier would get up - ever!

foeman, more experienced, younger and its shorter since his last fights, foreman has proven he could fight by old age , frazier havent
