People just want to be ******s and hate on someone because they beat their poster child, Maidana hasn't improved he has remained the same and hasn't fought anyone notable after his loss to Devon Alexander.
Always the same old Maidana fighting flat footed fighters who don't know how to take a technical fight to him and thus why he hasn't lost in recent years.
We all can take notice of Maidana avoiding guys who like to move in the ring or who are a good counter puncher i.e. JMM, Bradley, Porter, Malinaggi and he never once looked to revenge his complete schooling he received from Devon?!?!
Yet he is worth a shot at Mayweather... Rose tinted glasses, take them off idiots.

Or outboxed and hurt by Lopez?
Have people actually seen these fights or is all the hype based off the Broner win?

People are trying to say he has improved drastically that is what annoys me, he has remained the same old Maidana from years ago that Khan beat.
Then people try to discredit Julio Diaz for being a bum when he arguably could of been the first man to beat Porter but no I guess having a selective mind is a wonderful thing.

I realise some of you guys are too young to remember, but after Khan beat down Maidana and was done picking paul mccloskey appart, he was looking to unify 140 with lil Timmy who ducked him and even turned down a 50/50 split. He then went onto fight Judah, Peterson and Garcia, all 3 of which are real good opposition. He lost to Garcia and was given an easy match to build back up, then he tried to get a rematch with Garcia but he declined and decided to head for 147 instead. He wanted a catch weight to build up to 147 and the only person who wanted to do it was Diaz, who is a very credible opponent. He's turned down Alexander fair enough, but the guy wants a guaranteed pay day, can you blame him?
Maidana on the other hand was ready to quit boxing. He lost to khan, went to war with old man Morales, got completely dominated by Alexander, then went on to beat two gatekeepers in Soto Karess and Martinez, went life and death with Lopez and beat up a hype job who got a gift decision against Malinaggi, another Khan victim.
