i like fighters to put up or shut up.....so far the kid doesnt want to rematch Gonzalez, doesnt want to fight Miura and now wants to go back down(probably where he shouldve stayed) and fight LSC? Either youre a fighter, or youre not.
IMO i think the kid doesnt really want to fight anymore....we'll see

I'm all for fighters taking risks but DAMN. This fight made no damn sense for a fighter coming off a first round KO.

That would make for a fantastic night of boxing.

However, I think Mares should think again. It's good that he isn't moving up, but fighting Santa Cruz is also risky, especially considering he got stopped last time and he's been on a break.
