Kidnapping is not what you think, kidnapping is as simple as telling sombody No when they want to leave.

Mayweather got off easy when he beat his ex for sleeping with a NBA player. If convicted again it will not be so easy. Still we have to wait to see if charges are brought against him and that should take some time. Even if he is tried and convicted there will be a few here that still claim he was innocent. There always is.

What's interesting is that every source that reports this "news" points back to TMZ as the original source. There's not one major news reporting source that's mentioned this that I can find. Until I see a reliable report, I'll call BS. If it's true, Mayweather's done. If it's not, Mayweather should sue TMZ for defamation of character and slander.
