Silverspoon babied hypejob? Are you really THAT ignorant?

Khan has never been particularly protected, not even as a prospect. After 12 fights he was fighting decent British level guys. He fought a legitimate, world class titlist for his first belt, and defended it against legitimate top 10 challengers, including your beloved Maidana.

And I completely agree with TS. Heart and toughness this, awkwardness that, Floyd is not the best defensive fighter in the world for nothing. He won't lose to a brawler of Maidana's caliber.

Of course we know Floyd is heavily favored, that would be the case against any welter in the world. At least Maidana is in his prime, at his best, and in the best possible place in his career to give Floyd a challenge.

The fact that this is considered a "mismatch" is only testament to how great Floyd really is as a fighter. Nobody else in this division could consider Maidana a mismatch at this point.

Have you not seen his last two opponents; they told him not to take the Alexander fight in fear of him losing after the Diaz debacle hoping he could land the Floyd fight. Khan has beat washed up names ala Barrera and Judah.

Come on, man. You know Maidana is different fighter now. He's improved in almost every single aspect of his game. Not to mention Alexander is a a new low. Would you REALLy bet big money on Alexander over Maidana right now? I wouldn't

Its an absolute turkey of a fight and even worse than the guerrero fight. Its a forgone conclusion and an absolute cherrypick. Embarrasing.

I'm sorry Floyd is so good that fighting top ten, prime welterweights counts as a cherrypick to you. It must burn you up that he really is that great.

Ok, let's pretend he didn't beat Kotelnik, Maidana and Paulie, none of whom were "washed up" at the time. Let's pretend he didn't fight decent opposition as a prospect. Let's pretend none of his fights happened except the Diaz fight plus his losses.

And "washed up" Judah BEAT Matthysse, but it didn't prevent people from hyping Matthysse up like he was the best in the world. Love the double standards.
